Visitor Guide

The National Theater Museum of Performing Arts offers a permanent exhibition that traces the history of the performing arts, special exhibitions that dive deep into specific themes,
and the Immersive Studio ByeolByeol, where performing arts and cutting-edge technology come together.

Group Visit Information

  • To ensure an orderly visit and prevent safety incidents, advance reservations are required for group visits.
  • For groups of 10 to 30 visitors, including kindergartens, schools, and institutions, reservations must be made at least one week in advance.
  • For groups of 30 or more, please contact us by phone before making a reservation.
  • Chaperones are expected to accompany students and help maintain orderly conduct during the visit.

Visitor Guidelines

1. To protect the exhibits and ensure the visitor safety, entry to the exhibition hall or viewing of exhibits may be restricted in the following cases.

  1. 1Visitors under the influence of alcohol
  2. 2Children under the age of 6 without a guardian
  3. 3Visitors carrying excessive items
  4. 4Visitors with items emitting strong odors
  5. 5Visitors accompanied by pets

2. To protect the exhibits, maintain a pleasant viewing environment, and ensure proper conduct, please follow these guidelines.

  1. 1Smoking is prohibited.
  2. 2Photography with lighting or tripods is not allowed without prior approval from the theater director.
  3. 3Video recording is not allowed.
  4. 4Do not touch the exhibits.
  5. 5No loud talking or disruptive behavior.
  6. 6Be considerate of other visitors.
  7. 7Food and drinks are not allowed in the exhibition area.

3. Visitors may be held liable for damages if they harm any exhibits.
