As the box office gets crowded before performances, we recommend arriving at the venue at least 30 minutes before the performance starts to pick up your tickets. When picking up tickets on the day of the performance, please present your ID (resident registration card or driver’s license) or your reservation confirmation (reservation number) at the box office for quick service. Complimentary tickets from events or gift vouchers can also be collected at the box office after verification.
When receiving the ticket, evidence that can prove discounts (personal ID, student card, welfare card, certificate for men of national merit, multiple children card, artist pass, performance ticket for organizations participating in cultural relay, etc.) must be presented at the ticket office. If such evidence cannot be provided at the ticket office, the cost difference as much as the discount must be paid. After 18:00 on the day prior to the performance, tickets cannot be canceled or changed.
