However, if a change in purpose is unav oidable due to exceptional circumstances, the applicant may obtain prior approval for changes. If the changes are deemed inconsistent with the original rental approval conditions, the rental approval may be canceled.
Applicants must not alter the original form of the rental items and must return them immediately upon expiration of the rental period. If items are damaged, they must be restored to their original condition before return. The theater is not responsible for any personal or property damages related to the performance during the rental period, except in cases of theater negligence. The applicant must ensure that the theater is not held liable for damages (such as copyright issues) arising from third parties in relation to the performance.
Performance items must be returned to the National Theater of Korea by the applicant in person by the day after the performance ends. If the rental period is exceeded, additional rental fees must be paid, or rental of performance items in the future may be restricted.
