Since 1984, the National Theater of Korea's 《The Complete Performance of Pansori》 has presented the mastery of the finest singers of the time. Performing pansori in full version, relying solely on the rhythm of the drum for durations ranging from three hours to as long as eight or nine hours, is a unique challenge for both the singer and the audience. For the singers, it is the most prestigious pansori stage, while for the audience, it offers a valuable opportunity to appreciate the art of the master singers fully. Each performance is accompanied by detailed explanations about the stories, the singers, and the drummers, enhancing the enjoyment of the audience and deepening their understanding of the art.
