The National Orchestra of Korea's children's
concert, now in its 21st year since 2004, aspires
to bring young audiences closer to traditional
Korean music. This year, moving away from
the past format of watching the concert from
designated seats, the young audience will be
invited onto the stage to see and touch the
traditional Korean instruments up close. The
children's concert 《Shinnarak Mannarak(Working
Title)
》, meaning 'Gods and humans rejoice
together', showcases the diverse charms of
Korean traditional music through the medium of
mythology
